Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2 1982) is an South African actress, model and TV host. Brandt made her debut in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was in her role as Naevia on the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress's TV credits are Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians, and several others. Brandt plays Mazikeen, a character in Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was raised in Cape Town, South Africa. Her move to Auckland, New Zealand with her family when she was in her late teens. Her professional career began when she was model for print ads and commercial advertisements. Prior to becoming an infamous model, she worked as a retail salesperson, and as a recruiter for the information technology industry. She landed her first featured performance in the year 2009 on the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity where she took on the role as Leilani Fa'auigaese. In 2021, she made her debut on Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She played a slave girl, Naevia. In the mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena, she reprised the role of Naevia. Craig Parker and she co-starred in three television shows, Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she was cast as the role of a bounty hunter named Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix successful show Lucifer. Her leading role until this point. In this show, she is co-starring along with Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.

Maria Bartiromo has a number of television shows that are highly viewed she has a track record of. She is the first American to stream live via the New York Stock Exchange. Broadcasting veteran with over two decades of experience in covering economics and business, she was instrumental in establishing the television channel CNBC as one of the most prestigious on the market in the economy and business segment. One can only conclude that she is bound to be a journalist after her career success. Yet as a young woman Maria was unsure of the best career choice. At one point she wanted to be a singer one day she would want to be or an interior designer. After she learned about the thrilling and exciting opportunities that journalism offers, there was no stopping her. The feisty lady is not just a top journalist, she is can also be a source of inspiration to women who want to make their mark in a dominating market. The award was given to her as one of "50 Faces of Decade" she was the first female journalist to be inducted into the Cable Hall of Fame. She also is an author and a columnist.
